About Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health

Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health is a government university and functions under the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Science & Education of Uzbekistan. In 1991, it began it’s operations as a “medical center” and few ears later it received the status of “institute” and was finally renamed to Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. It has become extremely popular among Indian students who wish to study MBBS in Uzbekistan. The main reasons of studying MBBS in Fergana Medical Institute are it’s low fees, modern campus, top ranking & a huge number of Indian students.

Fergana Medical Institute ranks on 8th position (According to online ranking portals) among all medical universities in Uzbekistan. Thousands of students (Uzbeks & foreigners) study at the institute & approx. 150 teachers are engaged in training students across 19 departments.
